Learning the skills to build a healthy relationship with our devices is imperative to sustainable success and optimal wellbeing. In this 60 minute interactive talk we will explore the good, the bad and the ugly side of the digital world.

From the neuroscience and physiological effects of too much screen time to the ways we can use digitial technology to enhance our daily lives we will explore

  • the impact of being connected 24/7 on working memory, cogntive function and physical health
  • how developpers can have a positive impact on the world and their responsibility to do so
  • how we can take control of our own use of technology, ensuring it enhances, rather than hinders our ‘real life’ off screen
  • how we can influece our communities to have a healthier relationship with tech and make balance the status quo

You will leave with the tools to cultivate a more conscious relationship with your smartphone use and ensure a healthier digitially enhanced future for us all.

Coming by Train? The closest station is (6 miles from the property) which is just 1hr 12mins from London Liverpool Street. These will be picking up from the 13:35 train from Liverpool street via Wickford (arrives 14:47). We will arrange taxis to return you to the station to get the 14:06 train which will arrive in Liverpool Street at 15:29. Please let us know by October 12th if you would like to join these taxis.
