These drop in classes are a great way to step out of the stress of life and in to a place of calm. These will be practical sessions exploring different methods of mindfulness available to bring you a little peace of mind when you need it most. (And the time you need it most is when you just don’t have time for it!)

It has been proven that a regular Mindfulness practice can enhance creative thinking, reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, improve sleep, and enhance focus. CLASS DETAILS Whether you are getting ready for your first ski or snowboard holiday or looking to go steeper and deeper the key to snowsport fitness is core stability, balance and flexibility. These yoga for skiers classes are the ideal way to prepare for the season ahead. Expect challenging strengthening, functional stretching and an up beat soundtrack.

Charlotte has been studying and practicing yoga for 18 years and has 25 years experience skiing and snowboarding. She is a specialist in Sports Yoga and is currently working with Olympic Skier Billy Major as well as amateur and social athletes.

Charlotte is an Anusara Elements® teacher with experience studying and teaching in Bali, India, Canada, Sri Lanka and the UK. She has additional training in Yoga for Athletes and working with injuries.

Some of the most elite cyclists use yoga as part of a successful training program, including 2012 Tour De France winner Bradley Wiggins and pro mountain biker and Olympian Jeremy Horgan-Kobelski.

If you want to avoid injury, ride more efficiently, improve flexibility and enhance your overall performance then these are the classes for you.

Classes will start in January 2018 at locations around London.

Stress, multi tasking and skipping lunch breaks has been proven to reduce creative thinking. Mindfulness has been proven to enhance creative thinking and problem solving as well as improving overall wellbeing.

Join us at this 40 minute drop in session to boost energy, calm the mind and tap into a more creative afternoon.
