We all know that feeling on the second morning of a mountain holiday when the body aches and we wished we had stretched a little the night before (and maybe done a little more pre holiday training). Well now is the chance!

Join this 2 hour workshop to learn the movements you need to prepare the body for the slopes as well as warm up and cool down sequences to take away with you this season.

No experience necessary. All equipment is provided. Please wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement. Booking is required as we have limited availability for this event.

Join us to bring together Yoga and Art in a relaxed evening of movement and creativity. We will start with a 50 minute yoga flow to unwind from the day and make space for creativity. We will then spend 90 minutes exploring drawing, painting, mixed media or any other medium that inspires you.

We have designed this course to suit all levels so whether you are just starting out or you are just looking to find the time and space to establish your own creativity practice we are here to help you Find your Flow - physically and creatively.

No experience in yoga or art are necessary, we are all learning here.
