Research by Harvard University and Harvard’s Massachusetts General Hospital has shown that Yoga classes have many health benefits including reducing the impact of exaggerated stress responses leading to increased resilience and adaptability as well as improved heart health. Additional studies report a 28 percent reduction in stress levels, a 20 percent improvement in sleep quality and a 19 percent reduction in pain. It has also been shown to help prevent and relieve the onset of depression and anxiety.

Biotech company Promega have concluded that yoga in the workplace contributes to a stronger, more productive workforce who are more engaged and collaborative. Neuroscientist Richard Davidson at University of Wisconsin highlights that yoga and meditation in the workplace improves efficiency, attention, facilitates teamwork and “more than pays back in terms of attention, productivity and wellness, with fewer absences" .


Yoga classes of 45-60 minutes can be delivered as a short course or on an on going weekly basis to support the physical and mental wellbeing of your teams. Classes incorporate Hatha, Vinyasa and Anusara® styles of yoga to accommodate a diverse range of physical ability and personal preferences.
