Runners are often reluctant to try Yoga or Pilates practices with their most common fear being that they are not flexible enough. This could not be further from the truth and runners, specifically, have a tremendous amount to gain from adding yoga to their fitness regimens.

 

The repetitive nature of running it is essential to rebalance the body to avoid injury and improve performance. This Yoga-Pilates fusion class will offer a sequence of movements to restores balance and symmetry to the body, making it the perfect complement to running.
